It’s funny how people see the Wagner group as a Russian pawn. They move more like a knight on the chess board. They jump over friends and foes alike to achieve theirs goals.
They are currently in Belarus, performing practice drills. They are also doing work in Africa. Who knows what else they may be up to. Since they even tried to remove putin from power.
Sometimes i wonder if they are a chess piece or a whole other player on the board. Over the coming days we should give the private military group more attention. Because they seem to be more important especially during these warring times.
Countries have to deal with political ties but these groups may be able to move more freely. They may be able to do tasks or achieve objectives that can tip the balance of a situation. So this makes me ask myself, what other groups with a lot of military power will become important in the war to come.
